SDR Manager

Who we are: 
Mozart Data automates most of the work data engineers and data scientists traditionally do to spin up and run a modern data stack. For each of our customers, we manage a (Snowflake) data warehouse, build and maintain ETL pipelines, and provide an easy-to-use interface for building and scheduling data transformations, monitoring and visualizing pipelines, and cataloging and organizing their data.

We recently went through YC (Summer 2020) and have raised a 4 million dollar seed round. It’s an exciting time to join a fast growing start-up where your role will directly impact the success of the company and shape our growth strategy. As our SDR manager, you'll develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Mozart Data customers and is key to the success of Mozart Data. 

This role will include:

  • Build out a world-class SDR team

  • Train members of the SDR team to identify, contact and create qualified opportunities

  • Work in collaboration with Content Marketing and Product to develop effective messaging for outbound

  • communications to your team’s assigned accounts.

  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s 


  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS SDR experience (management experience is a plus but not required)

  • Self-starter with proven success in Sales

  • Proficient at using Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo and Sales Navigator

  • Excellent written and spoken English
